We are proud of the roots we put down and the reputation we have built—and continue to build—for European car care. We are a family, and female, owned auto repair business that truly cares for its customers and their vehicles. Not only that, but we also possess a palpable passion for European automotive. We are an independent family owned and operated business. Established in 2011 and have been serving the Bay Area ever since.
Our Co-Founders come from a large history of Volkswagen & Audi Dealership experience. They developed a passion for VAG make vehicles and quickly learned that people wanted experienced technicians to work on their vehicles, but were being charged high prices for quality. When they opened Dubclinic, they both strived to build a customer-focused shop that provides quality work at cost-effective prices.

Ron was born in Mission Viejo, CA, and raised in the Bay Area. His journey in the automotive industry began in ’94 when he discovered a love for rebuilding classic vehicles alongside his father. This experience ignited a passion for working in the automotive industry. In addition to being a father of two beautiful daughters, Ron’s passion for working with the public started when he was working as an EMT. He is also a very talented Chef and Musician. Sales Concierge
Chuck Stieb was raised between the Philippines and the United States as part of a military family and now calls San Mateo, California home. After serving in the U.S. Navy, working for the government, and running his own business, Chuck entered the automotive industry in 2013, where he has built a career fueled by his passion for cars. Outside of work, he enjoys road cycling, attending car events, traveling, and spending time with his French Bulldog, Buddha. Chuck is also the proud father of two adult daughters.

Shop Foreman
Born and raised in Sunnyvale, California, Juan Carlos developed a passion for cars while still in high school after buying his first Mustang. His interest in performance upgrades sparked a desire to learn more about the automotive industry, ultimately leading him to build a career doing what he loves. Before entering the automotive field, Juan worked at Trader Joe’s throughout his school years.
Outside of work, Juan enjoys playing soccer and spending quality time with his family. He is the proud father of two daughters and has two dogs—a Husky and a German Shepherd.

Technician
CJ Deguzman was born and raised in San Jose, California, and proudly served in the U.S. Army before beginning his automotive career in 2018. His military background instilled a strong work ethic, discipline, and attention to detail that he brings to every vehicle he works on. Outside of the shop, CJ enjoys riding motorcycles, driving cars, and spending time with his two German Shepherd-Husky mixes, Luna and Kona.
